Erica Ramus is a Schuylkill County native and a graduate of St. Clair Area High School. She earned degrees at Armand Hammer United World College of the American West (I.B.), University of Delaware Honors Program, Kutztown University (B.A.) and Berks Real Estate Institute. An entrepreneur, Erica started Schuylkill Living Magazine in 1997 and remains on board as Publisher Emeritus. She opened Realty Executives in Pottsville in 2007. She is extremely active in the community, especially in the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce (Past President) and Rotary Club of Pottsville (President). She is in the Schuylkill United Way's Pacesetters Club and heads up fundraising for their Physicians Division. She lives in Wayne Township with her husband and two teenage sons.
Erica specializes in listing and marketing homes for sale. Many area firms call her to help in recruiting executives to the area.

Oklahoma born Brianna Dunham has spent the last few years learning the back roads of Schuylkill County! Unlike agents who stumble upon real estate as a career or second job, Brianna always knew she wanted to sell real estate. When she and her husband were transferred to Pennsylvania in 2005, she immediately set out to become licensed and found success quickly.

Judy Bohorad was born in Wilkes-Barre and graduated from Wyoming Seminary and Finch College.
Judy was born into the business: her father was Broker/Owner of Lewith and Freeman Real Estate and Insurance, one of the area's largest firms. She and her husband, Attorney Bob Bohorad, raised their two sons in Pottsville. Judy has been active in many community organizations, including the Schuylkill United Way where she served on the Budget Committee, and the Schuylkill Symphony Orchestra. She's a member of our hosptial Auxilliaries, and was active on the Good Samaritan Hospital's Foundation Board. She aided the Rape Crisis Center and Schuylkill Women in Crisis groups, and was instrumental in building the new Pottsville Free Public Library. In 2001, the Schuylkill Symphony Orchestra honored Bob and Judy with their Award for Distinguished Service to the Arts.

Michelle Moraski was born and raised in Schuylkill County. She graduated from Pottsville Area High School and then she and her husband spent the next 10 years traveling the country, due to his career in insurance. They returned to neighboring Lancaster County in 2005, where Michelle started her real estate career. They moved back to our area in 2007, and she now lives on the outskirts of Pine Grove with her husband and two wonderful children. Michelle serves on the Public Relations Committee at St. Ambrose School in Schuylkill Haven, which her children attend. She is very involved in their school and extracurricular activities, and helps coach their sports teams.
Michelle works with both buyers and sellers throughout Schuylkill County and bordering areas, especially Lebanon, Lancaster and Berks Counties. Michelle also worked for Nationwide Insurance Company, as a Home Care Specialist, where she reconstructed homes. She has detailed knowledge of new construction and home interiors.

Bob graduated from Kutztown University in 2003 with a BS in Business Management, with a focus on Logistics/Operations Management. He's spent the past few years working as a commodities manager and gaining experience in purchasing, managing operations, and analyzing numbers. A few years ago he started buying real estate and accumulating investment properties in the area. Bob is familiar with southern Schuylkill, plus the Lehigh Valley and the Hazleton area as well. Bob enjoys working with commercial as well as residential properties. As an investor himself, he is comfortable working with investors looking for a good buy in this market, and is skilled in analyzing the numbers.
